PROJECTS
Experience:
  • Coordinated numerous multi-state, national franchise restaurant and retail programs, including A&W, Ashley Furniture HomeStore, CycleBar, Sbarro Pizza, Starbucks and more.
  • Developed the design and branding of several internal franchise concepts including Americo’s, Lefty’s, Rapido’s and the Varsity Sports Bar.
  • Managed the food service build out of many professional sports team’s facilities including the Arizona Diamond Backs, Buffalo Bills, Chicago White Sox, and the Texas Rangers.
Career:
  • Progressed from Intern to Director of Construction at Delaware North Companies overseeing a team of a dozen people with annual development in the $100 million dollar range.
  • Directed Design and Construction at Anton Airfood where a new food and beverage facility was opened on average every two weeks.
  • Designed, branded, and built two of Food Network star Guy Fieri’s restaurants – Tex Wasabi’s and Johnny Garlic’s.
